[SLIDESHOW + GAME!] ERGT Helicopter Graphics Project

Signage contractors in Sao Paulo - the 'helicopter capital of the world' - may argue differently, but it's not every day that you get the chance to apply graphics to a helicopter in Perth. So when the opportunity was presented by long-standing Signs & Lines client, ERGT, we naturally jumped at it.

According to Jesse French, Account Manager for the project, "the single greatest challenge was actually measuring the helicopter!" And such measurements are critical. When your having to utilize ultra-conformable vinyl to cover rivets and to negotiate sharp angles and curves, it's vital that you calculate material coverage accurately. Naturally, you don't want to order too little from the manufacturer - but conversely you don't want to order too much, either. Ultra-conformable vinyl isn't cheap - if you order too much you simply don't know when you'll next get to wrap something bright green!

All turned out well, however. Consequently, Jesse's now officially Signs & Lines' very own helicopter graphics expert. So if you haven't already assigned your next helicopter graphics project to a signage contractor in Sao Paulo, Jesse would love to speak to you!
