Apparently the technology encourages an average 'dwell time' in excess of six minutes - though if you were waiting in the queue to get your chocolate fix would you be delighted with a six minute wait?!
I can only assume that data capture has more value to the snack companies than actually selling the $1 snacks themselves? Or am I missing something? If I am, please enlighten me with a comment below!
